The Founder of Process Resolutions, Steve is a Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt that has helped many small business owners to remove chaos from their day-to-day operations by using the Business Tool Implementer.

Steve has been 5-time Missouri state examiner for the Missouri Quality Award program and a 2-time National examiner for The Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. He was also part of the team that helped Mid America Transplant win the Malcolm Baldrige Quality Award in 2015.

What all that means is: Steve has mastered the art of reducing organizational waste, increasing efficiency and strengthening teams so they may continue to operate successfully.
